A bit of a retrospective

Didn't expect to still be doing this consistently months in, but here we are. Some numbers and notes worth reflecting on:

What went well

• Consistency — barely missed a planned posting week
• The writing got noticeably tighter; early stories read rough compared to recent ones
• This community, honestly — the comments make the late nights worth it

What I'm changing

1. More photo sets — you all keep asking, I keep forgetting
2. Fewer excuses about "not having time" — this is a priority now
3. Overthinking every title — spent way too long naming things, done with that

Still filthy, still first-person, still no fade-to-black. That part isn't changing.
